Absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced almost ever, he always has excellent recommendations and is knowledgeable about all of the brands and products in the store. I recently started a particularly intensive fitness program and his help has made my results and experience with fitness as whole so much better. Tony should be running this place!!!
- PPPlatinum PiscesAug 4, 20251.0I typically shop at this GNC location when in the area, however, the visit on August 4, 2025 was not a good experience! The fast cadence talking guy that is there all the time (that visit was around 1PM EST), not only didn’t allow me to use my points as a Pro Member, but he also charged me for the free GNC bar that I should have gotten for the monthly perk for being a Pro Member! He also said that I couldn’t utilize the buy one, get 50% off as a Pro Member, then decided after the fact that he would go ahead and honor it. I also asked if I had any points to go towards my purchase and he said NO! I later looked at my online account and I actually have $25 in banked points! Needless to say, going forward I will be going to the Cobb Parkway location where Sterling is the manager. I never have any issues at his store location!!
