  I had a very disappointing experience with Four Eyes Optical in Mableton. I had my eye exam in January 2026 and received my glasses in early February through my Humana Vision insurance. Shortly after receiving them, I realized the glasses were not working correctly for me. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I expected the staff to help resolve the problem. Instead, the situation was handled very poorly. I was told there was essentially nothing they could do, even though the glasses were clearly not usable for me. There was very little effort to troubleshoot the problem or provide a reasonable solution. As a patient, I trusted this business with my vision care and used my insurance benefits there. When something goes wrong with a prescription or lenses, a reputable optical provider should stand behind their work and help correct the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because the store refused to properly resolve the situation, I had to escalate the issue by requesting a refund, filing complaints, and contacting my bank. This entire situation could have been avoided if the business had handled the matter professionally and prioritized customer care. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this location ask very clear questions about their policies before purchasing glasses here. Based on my experience, customer support after the sale was extremely disappointing.

  First time here, I was told that I had a $0 copay. My appt was at 12:20 but was not seen until 12:50. Leaving out at 1:16 with NOTHING. Once the exam started I was told by the tech that in order to keep my $0 I had to get my eyes dilated Or Be charged $40. The eye doctor said this is Not True! So I didn’t get dilated.Once it was time to check out, I was told I had to pay an $82 copay. The issue with this is that no one in the store knew the price for the exam nor how much to charge me. The tech used her phone calculator for assistance after calling someone on the phone. They did not have the trial pair of contacts in stock with an eta of 1 day up until 2 weeks for arrival and only an apology for being quoted the wrong information. Had I known what they would charge, I would have WALKED OUT! A waste of time and very misleading staff.

  Nyesha was very helpful with information and everyone treated me like I was very important and with the utmost respect. I was impressed by how professional everyone was and I can't remember her name but the other lady helped me pick out the frames that suited me the best. She was very patient with me, as I had picked out over a dozen potential frames to choose from. Overall, everyone, including the optometrist was very helpful and professional.

  Had a great wonderful experience at four eyes with the employees!!! Kudos to Miss. Nyesha Bryant,Miss. Bella, Mr. Alex. Work well as a team!!!

  Great customer service. Bella is the best. She assisted me with getting new glasses. I love the choice.
