- ECEbony CunninghamDec 23, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Mableton, GA location. The sales rep Alex was extremely rude and unhelpful. After not being satisfied with the way the glasses looked they were sent to be remade. After not hearing back for almost 2 weeks, I called and received a new date they were to be ready. Days after they were supposed to be ready, I called again and was told that they were ready. There was no change in the appearance of the lenses. Alex was very rude when I stated that I wanted to cancel the order so that I could go elsewhere. The hold on my insurance is still there after it being almost 2 weeks since the order was cancelled and I was refunded. After requesting a signed copy of the prescription, Alex sent over the same unsigned script. When I called back regarding this, he was again condescending and rude. The Dr did not sign the prescription; and I've been told they do not know when she will be in to sign it. These are independent Dr's so no other opticians can validate the prescription. Based off the customer service I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I’ve had a couple of appointments and each time I have been told that they have to cancel due to the Dr being sick or not there . It’s unfair that they do this but it’s mostly unfair that they only have one Dr that takes Kaiser and that Dr always seems to be sick. I’ve waited for these appointments over and over have drove to the location filled out paperwork only to be told that the Dr is not there. The manager that calls is truly nonchalant and I just don’t get it. If anyone has Kaiser vision avesis the other options is My Eye Dr in Georgia they have several locations and several physicians that take Kaiser. I called and explained my situation and they were able to get myself and husband in so we would not lose the end of the years benefits. i am not sure if this location has new employees but all the old employees that was there last year were truly amazing this go around I would have to disagree
