  The lady there is the rudest person, she talks down to you like your stupid or something. She might need to work in a warehouse or something.

  My first experience here was unpleasant last year. Today was my second experience and it was so pleasant. The gentleman who helped me was kind, quick, and double checked my insurance for me ensuring I had the correct copay because their system had just been updated and was confusing (it went down SIGNIFICANTLY! By 80%) I was willing to call defeat but he really tried for me and corrected it. I appreciated that so much with it being the holiday season and me being a single mother. He was so kind. My thoughts on this business is changed solely because of him. I didn't catch his name but I appreciate him! Thanks so much sir!
