I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Dieppa. Not only is he knowledgeable and compassionate, but he truly goes above and beyond for his patients. The fact that he took the time to call my sister on a Sunday just to check on her speaks volumes about his dedication and care. It’s rare to find a doctor who is this attentive and genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Dieppa!

I could not recommend this location less. I have been seeing the same Dr for the last several years and all I get told upon a visit is I'm still overweight and I need to lose weight. I've tried it his way, I told him I've tried it his way. His response is simply you aren't doing it right or well enough. I'm doing the best I can here.
I try to talk about alternative options and ge shut down immediately. Apparently counting calories is the only and I do mean only way to loose weight. Doesn't matter that I know for a fact I eat less calories than he rdcommends. I ask maybe I have a metabolism problem and just bet told no, yiu need to count calories. Well Dr. I've tried it to some extend your way for years now and never seen any results.
Today I tried ti ask a simple question about a muscle strain and as I'm explaining I get stopped and told he's not going ro listen to all of this, what is my question. Seriously? What kind of Dr are you. You clearly do not care about your patients. You clearly aren't open to alternative forms of weight loss when one is working for your patient.
I should have cancelled last year when I requested a prescription refill for my routine as needed medicine and he cancelled the refill. Never called me, emailed me, or anything. I was having a severe flair up, I needed my medicine and he declined my refill. When I called him out on it, he declined doing it and told me to request the refill again. Literally in the pharmacy notes it says the Dr called and cancelled the refill himself. Me being forgiving and dumb I chose to give him 1 more chance.
I go to the front to request a new Dr and get told they do not do that out of professional courtesy. I thought Dr.s were supposed to carw about rheir patients. Clearly no one in this office cares about a single patient at all. Well guess what, you just lost this patient all together.
If you are looking for a new primary, please stear clear of this location. They do not and will not ever care about you as a patient.

Judith and Dr. Boone were so amazing with helping me get my forms filled out for school. Judith was personable, excellent, efficient and a great listener.

Ms. Boone and Judith are very nice they don’t let you standing and don’t what to do they help in anyway they can very polite and respectful.

If it wasn’t for my doctor, I wouldn’t go to this location. The front desk check in staff is absolutely horrible. I am sorry that they hate their job but to take out on patients is wrong. I am in a leadership meeting on my phone, not talking on my phone but they refused to check me in because I have to leave my meeting to hand her an insurance card. She is not asking me any medical questions, she is taking an insurance card. I saw the Medical Assistant and the physician with my meeting in the background and they had no issue. I am sorry that they are not happy in their current situation but this is a forward facing position, the both ladies at the desk needs to find another job. Life is not that bad. I work in healthcare and I will never treat people like that. My daughter was not able to see her doctor because she wanted me to leave my meeting to hand her an insurance card. Unbelievable!!!
