  They are horrible when it comes to scheduling. I had an appointment last week at 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and was called back at 10:48. Just for them to tell me then need to reschedule because my doctor wasn't coming in until the afternoon. No call before hand, no my chart message and no one at the from said anything to me while I wasted time waiting. I walked out of there at 11 a.m. Mind you I had been working the night before 12 hours. I could've been in bed sleeping in that time. No apologies by the staff and no follow up on their part. But after I leave this review I will follow I will follow up with them. No issues with the doctor herself just the front office staff is horrible at communicating.

  Most of the staff here are friendly and professional, but the manager completely ruined the experience. She is extremely rude, quick to judge, and doesn’t seem interested in actually listening to what you’re saying. Instead of trying to understand the situation, she jumped to conclusions and made unfair assumptions. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it makes dealing with her unnecessarily unpleasant. I don't know if I want to come back here again because of her. A manager should help create a supportive and understanding environment, but that is not the case here.

  Dr.T is truly an amazing doctor. She’s very attentive and she’s the type of person who chooses to listen for understanding instead of listening to respond. This is a rare quality in doctors these days. Thank you, Dr.T

  I like this Piedmont physicians office. I do not like Piedmont in of itself. But Dr. T. is the best at what she does!!!
