I haven’t used this pharmacy in a long time because of wait times and rude pharmacists but decided to give it another go. I ordered a refill online and the soonest time slot available was four days later after 5 and this medication was in stock. For reference you can get next day pickup at the Rosebud Kroger. 4 days go by and I get a notification it’s ready for pickup. Get to the pharmacy and am told there are no prescriptions being worked on and I must have already picked it up. Say what?? Had to break out the app and show them the ready for pickup status. Then they magically found it. 🤷🏽♀️

Great pharmacy. Never a problem filling necessary prescriptions. Pharmacist and staff are SUPER helpful, one time one took me to find a cream for my daughter 8 aisles away. Love the pharmacists and all technicians! Always friendly, fast efficient and everything is always ready when they say it will be. I love the online app as well. It makes transactions go smoothly when I don't have time to speak to a pharmacist or in case they are busy. They do tend to get busy but that's because this is a pharmacy in a grocery store. Definitely the best compared to other smaller pharmacies and even chains that I've used.

On 9/13 at 5:50 pm I showed up to pick up a prescription. I proceeded to wait in line at the drive through window. Trying to make sure they knew I was there I called the pharmacy 5 times. No answer within normal business hours. The person in front of me had been in line for a while it seemed and the pharmacy workers told him through to window to tell me they are closing and that I would have to come back another day. So I went into the store and a manager took me over to the pharmacy and had them open up to make sure the customer is taken care of. The pharmacy workers and pharmacist working on the closing shift of 9/13/2025 are uncaring and unprofessional at best. The service they provide is to fill doctors orders for life saving Or health altering medications. Why does it matter whether it’s 6 PM or 6:01 PM when some people’s lives depend on it? Do better. Five stars for the Kroger grocery store staff, Zero for the pharmacy.
