  My husband had an appointment to be examined/treated for hemorrhoids. After waiting over an hour for the practitioner to come in for him to be examined he was told by one of the other staff that his case was too difficult (mind you he was not examined) and referred to another practice. A total waste of our time - unbelievable ' avoid this practice !

  Good doctor and staff, but the wait is excruciating. There were 4 people signed in to see the same doctor at the same appointment time. The first visit was a four hour wait; the second visit was three hours. This is terribly unpleasant after going through the colonoscopy prep the day before.

  My experience was great! The staff and Dr. Lowe were very nice. My procedure went smoothly and I Iiked that someone from the office called me the next day to check on me.

  Why bother making an appointment time? Every single time I've been here 15 mins early like they ask... then end up waiting an hour to be seen! Dr Lowe there gets 5 stars, the guy greeting you is very unprofessional, unfortunately.
