My first visit to this primary care clinic was very disappointing. The entire staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. As a new patient, I expected at least some level of guidance, but I was left standing alone without any instructions or assistance once I was taken to the back.
The attitudes I encountered were unnecessary and unprofessional. A healthcare environment should feel supportive and respectful, especially for first-time patients, and this was the complete opposite of that.
I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because this is a new office, and I had higher expectations. I truly hope the service improves for future patients.
Been a patient of Dr Hare's since 2012. She has a great "bedside manner". Is willing to listen and keep digging for answers. She's seen 4 generations of my family and was the doctor that helped me find the right path to diagnoses for my multiple chronic illnesses. Only downside is she's too well liked and has a heavy schedule.

Dr Hare was nice and very a helpful. She asked questions. Gave us time to answer. She didn't talk over us and made sure to explain in detail what conditions we that we are were dealing with. I would recommend her to anybody.

The availability is not good I waited months to get an appointment only for them to email me that my appointment had been changed to a time that didn’t work for me. After 32 minutes on the phone trying to address the situation I was put on hold then I was hung up on so I called and back and was reschedule with a nurse practitioner DeAndra White. I sat in the lobby 50 minutes before I was seen my appointment was at 1:30 I left at 3:30. It was probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had with Piedmont. I got results that spoke of a urine test that I never took so I have no clue who results those were. I’m experiencing no depression or anxiety, but I was referred to take a medication for depression and anxiety to address my fatigue. When the doctor left the room I felt left in limbo no follow up call to go over results, no game plan I had to ask for a referral and there was no real doctors note or summary of the appointment in the my chart app. The appointment was a waste of time and money. good questions were asked, but there was no real follow-through or follow up.Just incase anyone was wondering nothing came of the reply to my review. I submitted all the information requested and no one ever responded so they are responding to president like they care I suppose.
