  DO NOT USE LENSE CRAFTER ! ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION, THIS MALL HAS MULTIPLE SHOOTINGS AND A RECENT SHOOTINGS ! THE EYE DR IS CHARGING OVER THE INSURANCE AMOUNT FOR EYE EXAMS, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL YOU GET THERE ? WHO WANTS TO WASTE GAS DOING THAT ! GLASSES ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ! IF YOU DO SEE A PAIR YOU LIKE JUST TAKE A PIC OF THEM AND ORDER THEM ONLINE FOR WELL OVER 70% CHEAPER. JUST GO TO WALMART VISIOB CENTER ! THE WHOLE MALL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. TO MANY SHOOTINGS, CAR BREAK-INS

  Do not go to lense crafters ! I have UHC insurance vision through my employer. 2 weeks ago I took my daughter who is listed on my insurance to Walmart to get a eye exam & glasses w/ $0 out of pocket and $130 frame allowance. Lense crafters attempted to charge me $80 for an exam when my insurance $0 ! I expressed to her that the information that she was providing me was incorrect ! You think she cared ? Nope ! What a fraud literally. To think I was going to pay $80 for an exam when my insurance provides free annual eye exams is crazy. I have been a risk analyst for over 10 years so you can never try to get over on me. I will filing multiple complaints directly with lense crafters corporate office, BBB, and my insurance company. You cannot attempt to charge people additional fee for services that are in network & covered by their insurance. This is insurance fraud & definitely raises concerns, and needs to be looked into.

  I walked right in. Everyone greeted me as soon as I got in. I spoke with a gentleman in the front who referred me to the bank and Diedra Escobar was the young lady that served me. She was exceptional. She took and listened to my issue with my glasses she took it to the back performed a little surgery and Walla. My glasses came out brand new thank you Diedra Escobar for exhibiting exceptional customer service!

  I'd been getting my eye exams/glasses/contacts here for years. I've had the same eye insurance for years. My prescription has not changed in years. Today I go in and I'm told instead of the regular $39 for my exam, it'll likely be $109 for astigmatism contact exam. I left and will be finding somewhere else to get eye exams etc moving forward.
