    The store is always packed, but that’s a good thing that’s selling. The lines move fast so I’m OK with that. My favorite place to shop always good prices

    So I just want to start by saying THANK YOU! A special thank you to Uangi Smalls and Johnny Brown ( store manager)!!!! The whole team was supportive, empathic and went above and beyond to help me. Even the security officer came to talk to me and help me stay calm. When even the other customers check to make sure you are okay, you know the store is doing something right and attracting good people. I can’t say enough good things! I wish all the continued blessings and success on each and every one of the amazing people who call Kroger their store!! Story below: I did my grocery shopping ( which they had everything that I needed ), checked out( quickly and easily) and took my groceries to my car. It was then that I realized that I no longer had my phone. I went inside and asked if they had seen it or someone turned it in and everyone was so helpful! Johnny checked the security cameras, a young man let me use his phone to call my phone, and a young lady checked the lost and found for me. Uangi let me use his phone to call my dad and T-Mobile and then when the cameras didn’t show my phone at the register, Johnny and Uangi helped me look in my grocery bags again and then helped me check my car. Thankfully Uangi found my phone for me and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!

    I went in to get my daughters prescription filled and noticed that they would be closing soon. She really needed the meds tonight. The pharmacist told us no problem they would go ahead and take care of it tonight. I really appreciate that they were in a rush to close and care enough to help out.
