- JJJMLJul 8, 20251.0The RUDEST people I have EVER talked to. Every time I called, some guy answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible, and then I just heard background stuff. After calling 5 times it became clear he was saying something like "can you hold please" but it was never clear enough for me to understand him. And he never waited for me to answer the question. When I called the main store number and tried to explain the situation, the woman didn't respond, she just put me on hold for the pharmacy without telling me what she was doing. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to find a different pharmacy that understands at least the most basic level of how to communicate with people instead of being a bunch of jerks.

I have never once had a problem with any staff that ever worked there. One time in 17yrs wife had to wait a few days for a prescription due to a back order..I have always been treated attentively, friendly, and professionally!

Their accents are so thick you can't understand what they are saying then act like you are being rude when you ask them to repeat. Prescriptions are NEVER ready in the time they give you. Very, very poor customer service at this location.
