- JJJMLJul 8, 20251.0The RUDEST people I have EVER talked to. Every time I called, some guy answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible, and then I just heard background stuff. After calling 5 times it became clear he was saying something like "can you hold please" but it was never clear enough for me to understand him. And he never waited for me to answer the question. When I called the main store number and tried to explain the situation, the woman didn't respond, she just put me on hold for the pharmacy without telling me what she was doing. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to find a different pharmacy that understands at least the most basic level of how to communicate with people instead of being a bunch of jerks.
- SBStar BrightMar 20, 20211.0Poor service. No communication. At 9AM Keith was behaving like he clearly didn't want to be there. I was here for the Covid vaccine. Apparently 6 people had 9A appts and we were all there before 9. He never once looked up to give instructions. At 9:01 he opened a window and stuck his hand out. There was a line the people not near that window had no idea what that meant. People started putting things in his hand. Then people at the front figured out what he was looking for. I give him information then and then in no particular order people started getting called back. I asked what was the process and he rudely answered those people had 9A appt and you have to wait for 15 mins. Well he could see I did as well. As I already had anxiety with getting the vaccine and my friends telling me how great their experience was I acquiesced. Keith made this a bad experience.
