  I can never get my bonus from here until the next day after I have to drive all the way back out there to get it because they never put it on my card the day of and they surely don’t never ever answer the phone.Please do better with bonus payments and phone calls.Thronton road location.

  So today 12/29/2025 my experience here has always been good staff takes care of everyone but when I tell you these wait times are absolutely ridiculous I been here since 5 and I’m literally waiting in the chair still at 7pm it’s 8 people just sitting on my side I feel like they need help the ladies in the floor truly work hard but if you want to donate just don’t have nothing to do tbh it’s not a in and out process and it’s crazy because the actual plasma extraction takes 30-45 min the longest part is waiting to get in the chair and starting the process lets hope I make it home before 10 😮‍💨😒

  I calls for two days about the money I won from a scratch off not being loaded to my card and no one ever answered! So unprofessional!

  If you have nothing to do in your daytime and you love to waste 3 to 4 hours then come to Kedplasma. It would take you so many hours to get in and out. Once you get there and you do the questions now you have to wait an hour or more to even get to the vital check part because they only have one person doing it while 10 plus people are waiting. They're really have two people going even though there's five booths available. Then when you get that, you'll get a woman that looks like Latto, a very beautiful woman but always tired and sick when you come up there. She's always complaining to the point where if you have a coupon and you want her to write down the coupon to get your $50 bonus she won't do it then you will have to call the next day to make sure they put it down because I didn't get it that night before they close. Also you can't even call up there the next day because no one picks up the phone. Then after you deal with the bad service with your vital check now you have to wait over an hour to get to the bed. When they call your name now you finally go to the bed but she has called over 10 people and she is the only one that is setting you up so now you have to wait until you get set up which can take another 20 to 30 possibly 40 minutes. Once you're set up if you're fast like me it should take no longer than 30 minutes. When you're done with that and you're completed you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to unhook you and wrap you up. So about time you leave it has been over 3 hours. Well if you go to CSL plasma and which I have been in the past week or so. It takes you an hour on the first donation then the second donation it took me a hour and a half. When you look up how long does it take most people say an hour and a half 2 hours. That's not how it is with Kedplasma on Thornton road lithia springs. Everyone is in there or lazy and always want to go on break. And they work slow it takes you so long to get in and get out because they're not moving fast like CSL plasma does. Maybe you should guys should call them to know how to get your workers to work fast and efficient. It's been like that the whole year. I have been going here since 2023 I had no problem in that year nor in 2024. But every time I go in 2025 it's always like this. That's why I only go but one week out of the month when I get my coupon of a bonus. It is ridiculous how long it takes. I'll be back in 2026 when I hear y'all get better but for right now I will not be going no time soon. Hope this helps anyone who's read this because I have way more to say but I'm just saying what you need to know for right now.
