- MJmary jonesDec 6, 20221.0Went to the pharmacy for a simple purchase of less than $1.00. I was refused services by Michael with the ponytail, Lena and the pharmacist. The pharmacist Rachna was rude, disrespectful, obnoxious arrogant condescending. Spoke to me as I was a child. The tech Lena was mean mugging me, laughing, rolling her eyes very hostile. I ask Michael the cashier to call a manager and he said he didn’t have the capability to do that and I need to walk up front and get a manager. Manager came and said they could have called from the pharmacy. After taking the manager through hoops, pharmacist finally sold me the $1.00 purchase. Horrible. These 3 have No people skills.
