  website does not have phone number to get to the correct department..you have to wait in line to be manually transferred, and then be told yet another number. i did this 3Xs today and still was unable to get help it would make everything easier if you all published a list pf department direct lines

  I took my two teenage daughters to have their blood drawn. One of them has a major fear of needles. Dianne was nothing short of fantastic. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. She took her time with my daughter and kept her calm and still, which is not an easy task under the circumstances. I believe that she was able to minimize my daughters’ fear of needles. Thanks a million Dianne!

  The only good thing about this place is that it was fast and convenient, but even that came at a cost. I came here because I needed to get a screening done for school. I had my paper with me with my list of tests that I needed for MY convenience. The phlebotomist sees this and immediately goes into ( oh no I can't do this no no no) keep in mind I didn't ask her to do anything at this point. She tells me I need a doctor's order and it's going to take several days for it to come in and I can't get it done if I don't have insurance blah blah. Luckily, I looked this procedure up before I came in and knew that was some bs. While sitting in the lobby I went online, ordered the form and had it faxed over. It took 5 MINS from her telling me no it's impossible to getting it ordered and done. So she tells me "oh that was fast it's never that fast". Ok whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. This women proceeds to HURT me while drawing my blood. I have notoriously good veins and had my blood drawn in my other arm no problem. My arm has hurt for several days and now I have a bruise at the site. As I'm leaving she's still on that "I can't sign that paper". Lady, I NEVER asked you too lol. If getting bruised and getting fed some BS because someone doesn't want to bothered with assisting you, then by all means come here.
