  Excellent experience overall. The office is very clean and modern, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The blood work process was smooth and handled professionally. Dr AlSamara took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns without rushing. I really appreciated how attentive and thorough they were. The front desk staff was also very helpful and respectful. On top of that, there was little to no wait time, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, efficient, and compassionate care.

  I've had very good care from the orthopedic office and physical therapy. This review is not about that. This morning, I saw a woman with obvious mobility issues with a walker walking downhill in the parking lot. She is going to have trouble walking back UP the hill. She had to park so far away from the building because there are only a few handicap parking spots and they fill up quickly. I know that businesses have a minimum requirement for handicap spots. I feel that it would be beneficial to Piedmont's patients to reserve more spots in the front row for them. Please consider opening up more spots for your patients and geriatric visitors.
