  The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. They have a routine that works seamlessly and they are cordial and friendly. The doctors I have seen at this practice are efficient as well. They are professional, knowledgeable, and work to address all questions asked, clearly. They are caring and trustworthy. It has always been a positive experience.

  Dr. Frank Winski at GA Eye Associates has been my go-to eye doctor for 20 years, and that alone says everything. The staff is efficient, friendly, and very organized with all the testing before the exam. Dr. Winski is thorough, thoughtful, and extremely experienced. He carefully evaluates everything—from contact lenses to glasses—and is always checking for any signs of eye disease or glaucoma. I feel completely confident in his care and trust him implicitly. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Buckhead or Lawrenceville area who wants a knowledgeable and dependable eye doctor.

  I needed a procedure that was causing me great anxiety and they were able to help me get through it. I felt 100 % safe here and received excellent care. Dr. Poland is an exceptional doctor and was very patient with me. Thank you!

  Came in today with my daughter who had an appointment with Dr. Winski. Check in was prompt and efficient. Technician called my daughter back. Soon as my daughter spoke with the technician she informed her that she changed her mind about getting the refraction. Technician kept going on and on about the refraction. Then informed my daughter that Dr. Winski would force her to receive the refraction. As a customer was unlocking the door a customer came in and informed me that he's been waiting three hours for his sister. He then said that he seen a young girl crying in the hallway immediately I got up and noticed that it was daughter. She was walking with a customer who was waiting to be seen by the Dr. I walked up and asked my daughter if she was okay. She then told me that Dr. Winski, was rude and insulted her. Because she changed her mind about the refraction and informed him that she would reschedule due to the fact that she's in college and needed to complete an assignment. Also, as a former patient of Dr. Winski, he lacks professionalism. This was my daughter's first time at Georgia eye associates as well as her last If i had known her appointment was with him would have immediately canceled the appointment. We will never waste our time at this overbooked place.

  Dr Winski is a fine knowledgeable dr. The optometrist was horrible. I asked for my prescription so that I could shop around as they charged me $840.00 plus $300.00 to my insurance. It was the 1st time I needed prism lenses because of seeing double. I didn't really didn't understand prisms and the optometrist when I said I wanted to shop for a better price he argued telling me that I won't get the special extras. They are very confusing glasses and I thought that the extras were because of the prisms. When I went back to pick them up, a different person was there. She drew a picture of how they were made plus told me that they put a scratch proof layer with a UV layer on top of that which will scratch. How stupid is that!!! As it turned out I can get them for $200.00 to $300.00 elsewhere. I want a refund, they can keep the glasses, beside that they cause me difficulty walking and I've come close to falling. I was told to keep wearing them for time to become used to them, I have still having difficulties. When I complained to the manager of the department, I was just told "I'm sorry". I'm not finishing pursuing this. As I said, the Dr is professional and a fine doctor. I will never recommend that anyone get glasses from there!!! They would not get one star but it was the lowest I could leave.
