For the first time ever, going to the dentist didn’t feel overwhelming. They explained everything clearly, offered a few financing options that made treatment affordable, and truly made it easy for me to get all the work I needed before starting braces. I still have a few treatments planned once my braces are off, but I know I’ll continue coming here without hesitation.

She gives her recommendations (Pros and cons of the available options) without pressure; allowing the patient to ultimately choose what plan is suites them. Dr. Reynolds-Morgan is extremely personable and makes great efforts in getting to know her patients. Also, she personally did my cleaning! I’ve never had a dentist do my cleaning. I think the hygienist had something else going on at the time, so instead of having me wait she took the initiative herself. Which further let’s me know she supports her staff. I’m more than pleased with my new dentist!

They explained all of their findings based on the review of my dental x-rays, and explained in great detail what their recommendations were for my corrective, and preventive dental procedures for my current and possible future visits to their office. I was also provided upfront insurance and out-of pocket costs (if any) prior to any dental procedures being completed. I was also impressed with the latest dental technology used in Dr. Reynolds practice. I made an appointment for my husband the next day after my first appointment. I will recommend Family Smile Center to my friends and family.
