I really liked my eye doctor she took out the time to hear me out about my situation with my eyes and the staff was amazing especially the assistant who came in before her she was very thoughtful and caring I’m glad I went to them for a second opinion I feel like they are going to find out what’s going on with my sight

The only complaint I have is this staff isn’t near as friendly as the past staff. I had to wait 30 minutes before getting called back the it was rush rush. I’ve been coming there for YEARS. So not sure what is going on but I will say when working with the public you need to at least act and look like you’re happy. Also, I didn’t have to get glasses this time and pretty happy about that. But the lady isn’t super friendly the time I did have to deal with her.

Ok so I went to the office. Doctor Flood was amazing. She took her time with me asked me questions and also let me ask questions that seemed odd on my part, but she answered them all. The MA that came in first was wonderful as well, she joked and laughed with me and made me feel comfortable as well as the Doctor. Now after the exam was all said and done, I went out to look for glasses. My husband was looking for frames that he liked and wanted me to try on and the lady who helps with frames kept saying they don't look good on me. That was strike one. We found frames that we both liked and started the process she asked me what additions I would like, and I told her what I needed. She then made it sound like I had to have other additions on my glasses for me to be able to see, I said OK that's fine. Paid 325.00 for what I wanted and was told that it would like a week to maybe two weeks before they came in and they would send me a text when they were ready. Fast forward two weeks, I called to see if they had come in and was told they didn't have a record of me as a patient. Called back next day and spoke to a scheduler and she sent a message for someone to call me back, NO ONE called. Next day I received a text saying my glasses were ready. Went in to pick them up and was even more upset with this office as the lady who help with my glasses decided to try bending them without using heat to soften them up first. When I tried to tell her they still didn't feel right and were too big on my face she told me I just need to get use to wearing them. I took my glasses and left. I will NOT be going back to this office because of her and I wish I would have gotten her name, but I was just so upset with what I got I didn't want to deal with her any longer. I'd rather dive over an hour and find someone who will acknowledge me as a person and patient verses just getting me out the office. So, thank you to the MA and Doctor Flood for being such amazing people.
