I had just spoken with the pharmacist at Ellenwood looking for a very specific medication and she was so kind and empathetic she made the blow of not having it not quite so bad...then, I called this store, where the phone rang a minimum of twenty times(I counted) before someone picked up and then she was nasty in her demeanor, and cadence and she hung up. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS KROGER PHARMACY if you care about the people you are interacting with regarding your medications, make the drive to Stockbridge or Ellenwood. It would be worth your time.

I gave 4 stars because my Prescriptions sent Electronically the same day as my doctor appointment, were not filled until I called a few days layer asking about them and one had not been order due to not in stock. Laterally, it took a whole week and I'm Thankful I called them. They didn't call me. Hopefully, that won't happen again. THANKS!
