So the “ABc “ people “billing dep” charges me an annual fee last month , then decide they want to take it out again this month so that’s $100 bucks .then I called them to ask why and the lady “AbC” rep says they switched to a new system and can’t see any old payment . Let me remind you I have planet fitness counter person on 3 way telling them they charged my account two times and they lookin at it on the computer .. she says she can’t go by what the people see on computer … how the hell does that work they trying to get over so just cancel my membership .. 2 years strong and this is the appreciation I get … I’ll take my money up town to the other people who gives me no trouble what so ever
