  I had an appointment at Pearle Vision Center in Kingsland, GA, today at 8:15 a.m., for my mother Cathy Carver but unfortunately, the doctor never showed up. The staff, to their credit, was extremely kind and apologetic, but it was still frustrating, especially since I had to reschedule due to work and had already waited a month for this appointment. Now, they’ve pushed me out another three weeks. I really hope this was just a one-time issue, because the staff was lovely, but the lack of communication and long wait times were a big disappointment. I will not return !

  I had my eye exam this week. The staff was kind and provided helpful information throughout the process, from selecting frames to navigating insurance. I appreciate Ms Denise for taking the extra time with my selection and offering honest advice when asked. I also met the interim doctor, Dr. Jerome, who provided a thorough and comprehensive response to my questions. She suggested ways to treat my issue with some home care and offered three to four options for lens settings based on my intended use. Looking forward to going next year,

  I am terribly disappointed in Pearl Vison in Kingsland, Ga. My eye exam for progressive lenses was on July 10, 2025. It took 3 weeks to get my glasses. The prescription was wrong. I could only see close up but intermediate and distance were very blurry. I went back, had another exam and was told I was over corrected. I received a new prescription and waited another three weeks only the find the second pair were also bad. A third prescription was made. Three weeks later I picked up the third pair but discovered they did not send in my sun glasses saying they wanted to wait and see how I do with the third prescription. I tried it for a week. It’s still not working giving me headaches and dizziness. I went back and I didn’t see the doctor but a man helped me. He was nice but after I got home I realized that the things he said didn’t make sense like the actual prescription in my glasses wasn’t the same as the prescription the doctor wrote on the script. He told me it was normal to have the glasses different from the prescription. He also said it might be better to downgrade the coverage which didn’t make sense. I paid over $1000 on top of my insurance to get the best Veralux coverage. It is now more than 3 months since my first exam am I am at a loss on how to remedy this in a civil manner. I have worn progressive lenses for 10 years and this is the first time I’ve had any problems.
