  Quite disappointed for the clinic’s scheduling system. My appointments got cancelled two times in a row. Customer service sends message of cancellation almost a week before the appointment.

  In tears after receiving a passive aggressive message on MyChart from Madgie S. I missed a MyChart message in February and failed to schedule an appointment needed for my prescription refills. I don't know if such condescending messages are customary among the practice, but Madgie S., thank you for making me feel like a total idiot today. I hope you have the day you deserve. Perhaps Piedmont needs to reassess some of its staffing.

  This the worst experinence I have ever had with a doctor's office. I feel like this place should move off Bankhead Hwy for sure,

  Quick check-in and was met with a friendly staff. I was seen almost immediately after check-in. My physical was thorough. The lady who drew my blood was awesome, great staff. Will be back next year.

  Called in November to schedule a new patient exam. Wasn’t able to get in until January. I took off work and they cancelled my appointment a few hours before the time I was supposed to be there. I called and rescheduled to February 17th. I got multiple calls and text reminding me of my appointment and to fill out paperwork prior to my appointment. The morning of my appointment I got another call saying my appointment had to be cancelled due to the nurse practitioner Lauren bolle not being in office. A huge waste of my time and very unprofessional.
