  The lady at the front desk was nice. But I can’t say that about my doctor. She didn’t really seem to care about me as a patient and just seemed like she was going through the motions or reading off a script. She was very cold when i told her that bright light trigger migraines for me and continued to shine a light directly in my eyes multiple times during my visit and did nothing to make it more comfortable for me. In fact, my discomfort seemed like an inconvenience to her. I even started to tear up because i couldn’t feel a headache coming on and she just disregarded me. When I went outside to choose my glasses, i did not really like any of them and they were very expensive. My insurance isnt the greatest and the cheapest glasses i saw were around $450. When I told the guy who was helping me that I would probably just take my prescription and go elsewhere he continued to tell me i was making a mistake and i wouldn’t get good quality if i left and then rudely dismissed me. Overall just a terrible experience. I would rather pay out of pocket and go out of network to get better care. On top of that, while i was being assisted with glasses, the doctor came out and started gossiping and laughing with the front desk lady about one of her patients. Overall just an awful experience, I will not return.

  The Dr. was very efficient and informative. Willing to answer any questions I had. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

  The woman that greeted me and checked me and was wonderful. We will stop there. This is inside a mall and it was so creepy dirty. There was no air-conditioning and the carpeting looked like it was old and dirty. Inside the office of the Doctor he had part of his desk on the floor where he would retrieve items and nothing was sanitise. Nothing was sanitised. After my unsanitary eye exam, I sat down with this woman Who claimed her computer was not working and she could not pull up the information and pricing for my insurance company. As I tried on a few glasses that were not sanitise again I walked out. That was the most traumatising experience I’ve had since Covid.

  Everyone was friendly. They made you feel special and willing to assist with your every need. From the time I walked into the office space I knew that I belonged.
