After reviewing my transactions, I discovered that I’ve been charged for both September and October. I’m confused as to why my membership wasn’t actually canceled, as I spoke with someone who told me my termination was taken care of. There is zero reason as to why my card should still be getting billed from here. I am requesting a refund for these past two months, or I’ll have no choice but to report this issue to my bank. This situation is completely unacceptable.
