If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Every month I have to call multiple times to fill my prescription. The phone rings for thirty minutes and then hangs up on me. When I finally do get in touch they always tell me it's "processing" and will be ready in a few hours. I call the next day and its the same thing. After completely running out of my medication this time, I finally got in touch with the manager on duty Tiffany. She was extremely short and rude with me, telling me there's nothing she can do to help. The pharmacy rep finally called me back and was also very rude. They use the excuse that they are short staffed every time. Why not hire more people?

Every time I go here to fill a prescription there’s a problem. The pharmacy tech named Nayab is always incredibly disrespectful (I have been going here for over 2 years, I don’t know why, and she has been disrespectful literally every time I come here. Every time that she answers the phone, I sit and wait for 10 minutes and get a pickup saying “hey”, no “hello”, no “Kroger pharmacy”, no “how can I help you?”, no nothing, just “hey”). I’ve started going in in person and just waiting because every time I call over the phone she tries to tell me there’s an 8 hour delay, and when I insist I would like to get it within the next couple hours she tells me they’re short staffed, but even since I’ve started coming in and waiting in person she tries to tell me it’s gonna be 3 hours, and when I insist I’ll wait I still wait for nearly an hour every time. I don’t know why I haven’t done it sooner but I’m transferring all my prescriptions over to the Kroger pharmacy near canton, which is ten minutes out of my way. If these guys did an undercover boss on this women they’d find out what hundreds of us already know. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this piece of work
It’s worth noting that the younger people that work here are mostly wonderful.

Everyone here is really nice, although things are sometimes slow and prescriptions might come in at different times or on different days, despite being requested all at once.
