I was mislead and misinformed by multiple staff members in one day regarding medications I am extremely dependent on. It took 6 hours and 4 phone calls to get a script transfer even started and they couldn’t even do that right. I ended up wasting my whole day creating a bigger problem than I had to begin with because of this pharmacy. Waited while the phone rang for an hour (during business hours) and received no answer. This is after I was assured everything would be taken care of by a worker named Sydney. However, upon calling back after not hearing from the pharmacy for hours they told us that she was gone and that they had no clue what Sydney had told us because it was untrue. Not sure if it was out of anger or another mistake but someone in the system then deleted certain prescriptions off of my chart/account and put in new prescriptions for a controlled substance I have never been prescribed…seems kind of illegal? I will never use any Kroger pharmacy again. If you take your health and wellness seriously, don’t use this pharmacy.

Easily one of the worst experience's I'v had with a pharmacy. Can never get anyone on the phone. Constant issue with getting prescription filled. After trying to get issues resolved finally gave up and moved onto another pharmacy. Would not recommend.

Every time I go here to fill a prescription there’s a problem. The pharmacy tech named Nayab is always incredibly disrespectful (I have been going here for over 2 years, I don’t know why, and she has been disrespectful literally every time I come here. Every time that she answers the phone, I sit and wait for 10 minutes and get a pickup saying “hey”, no “hello”, no “Kroger pharmacy”, no “how can I help you?”, no nothing, just “hey”). I’ve started going in in person and just waiting because every time I call over the phone she tries to tell me there’s an 8 hour delay, and when I insist I would like to get it within the next couple hours she tells me they’re short staffed, but even since I’ve started coming in and waiting in person she tries to tell me it’s gonna be 3 hours, and when I insist I’ll wait I still wait for nearly an hour every time. I don’t know why I haven’t done it sooner but I’m transferring all my prescriptions over to the Kroger pharmacy near canton, which is ten minutes out of my way. If these guys did an undercover boss on this women they’d find out what hundreds of us already know. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this piece of work
It’s worth noting that the younger people that work here are mostly wonderful.
