Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better understand both preventative and proactive oral health care needs and options that best fit me. An incredible experience all around and was overall, very well rounded patient care :) Thank you !!
- AFAriana FraserSep 11, 20251.0Scheduled an appointment due to pain and swelling after a permanent crown was placed. I was in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When the dentist saw me he told me that two weeks prior when he was working on my teeth that he believed there was a 50/50 chance, for both teeth, that I would need a root canal. 75% is a pretty high risk so had I been told that before, I would have made an appointment with the endodontist prior to having a permanent crown put on (also would’ve saved $95 after coming in for a 5-minute appointment). Additionally after speaking to the front desk they were going to charge for the filling after the root canal. Although the root canal should have been done prior to the permanent crown. Front desk also told me that it was partially my fault for not spotting the painless molar cavity earlier. However 6 months prior the dentist was made aware of the issue and saw no urgency in the matter.
