  I had a great experience at Dental Excellence of Kennesaw, from my initial scheduling call with Jennifer, to my cleaning with Amy and check up with Doctor K. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better understand both preventative and proactive oral health care needs and options that best fit me. An incredible experience all around and was overall, very well rounded patient care :) Thank you !!

  Scheduled an appointment due to pain and swelling after a permanent crown was placed. I was in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When the dentist saw me he told me that two weeks prior when he was working on my teeth that he believed there was a 50/50 chance, for both teeth, that I would need a root canal. 75% is a pretty high risk so had I been told that before, I would have made an appointment with the endodontist prior to having a permanent crown put on (also would’ve saved $95 after coming in for a 5-minute appointment). Additionally after speaking to the front desk they were going to charge for the filling after the root canal. Although the root canal should have been done prior to the permanent crown. Front desk also told me that it was partially my fault for not spotting the painless molar cavity earlier. However 6 months prior the dentist was made aware of the issue and saw no urgency in the matter.

  Dental Excellence is just as it’s called, EXCELLENT! I have been a patient for 15+ years and can happily say that every visit…( I never miss my scheduled cleanings) …It has been nothing but a pleasure. From the moment I check in, get seated, greeted & treated by the wonderful dental hygienists and examined by lovely Dr K. or which ever dentist is on schedule and finally check out. I have been treated and welcomed with warmth, kindness & professionalism. I have a deep “rooted”phobia which they are aware of & even during difficult procedures they have gone above & beyond to accommodate me and put me at ease. From a gentle comforting touch on my shoulder, offering a weighted blanket, words of compassion & empathy and of course the Nitrous I have been put at ease, I’m always able to surrender and trust that I will receive the best treatment. I have never encountered any other dental office that treated me with such great bedside manners and because of this I will always be a patient here. Do not hesitate to select Dental Excellence as your personal & family dentistry. You’re going to love it!
