I have read the reviews and came to this store prepared for a bad experience. I was thrilled to have the exact opposite experience. Charles was wonderful! He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. All I can say is, he was a ray of sunshine in a dark cavern of customer service. Thank you Charles for your help and recommendations!

This location was my go to, but recently that has changed. Something is seriously wrong at this store. It used to be welcoming, and the employees I encountered were always congenial. Now, an incident occurred where the on-shift employee locked the entrance doors during business hours and trespassed customers for asking common questions. Instead of offering any clarity or calling in a manager, the minor issue escalated into something nonsensical. Corporate needs to reevaluate staff training at this location.

Concerning customer service experience at this location. I visited expected a normal interaction, but the response I received was defensive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the question or trying to assist, the situation escalated unnecessarily and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Customer service should always focus on clear communication and professionalism, especially when someone is simply trying to understand a product, promotion, or make a purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled so future customers receive a more positive and professional experience.

Very disappointing experience at this location. I visited to redeem rewards that were about to expire and asked a simple question about what seemed like a promotion displayed at the counter. Instead of receiving helpful assistance, the interaction quickly became defensive and unnecessarily escalated rather than being handled as a routine customer service matter. When I later attempted to speak with management to resolve the issue, I was unable to obtain any manager contact information. The situation could have been addressed easily with basic communication and professionalism. I hope management reviews the customer service practices at this location so future customers receive the level of service expected from the brand.

One of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. The employee was dressed unprofessionally and immediately became defensive when asked about a promotion that was being denied. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee escalated the issue and eventually called the police rather than resolving a simple customer service concern. Customers should not be trespassed for asking questions or holding employees accountable. This situation reflects extremely poor training, lack of professionalism, and weak store leadership. Corporate GNC should seriously investigate how this location is operated. And I know I”ll get a response “ with you should talk to the manager “ but I can’t because of their actions I can no longer talk or visit the store. Which makes me believe there’s no genuine intent to fix this matter and GNC is ok with the poor customer service and would rather brush off the importance of fixing an issue.
