The new equipment is a plus the membership lack of appreciation for the equipment still lingers. Call it my mild OCD or whatever but dropping benches unnecessarily and not putting your weights back properly is just plain lazy! Other than that, great facilities and great workout! I'll be back!

I’ve been going consistently for the last 4 weeks and I must say my experience with Darnell has been nothing short of enjoyable, yet challenging! I believe I left the core workout with a 6pack. The lower body with a dump truck and upper body with Angela Bassett arms. Im getting finer by the week! All thanks to PF for having it in place but Darnell for the willingness to help! Thank you.
