Called at 11:30am to see if my prescription was ready yet, the lady said she had it in front of her and it was scheduled to be ready at 2pm. I call back at 1:40pm to ask if my prescription was ready yet and they said they didn’t have any prescriptions in the system for me. I told her how I talked to a lady this morning and it would be ready at 2pm and then my prescription magically appeared in front of her. Then my husband goes to pick up the perscription at 2pm and they said they did not have it at that location and it was at another location 200 miles away.. just doesn’t make sense how you can not give someone accurate information. Perscriptions are critical to people’s heath if you don’t receive them in a timley manner.
