StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Johns Creek offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Before I was ready to book, I had a question and attempted to call them on Friday afternoon, 1/2/26. I called multiple times. No one answered. Not once. If you are going to spend money on advertising, you have to allow potential customers to reach out to you with questions. Pick up your phone, StretchLab Johns Creek.

Their app is confusing and seems to trigger charges even when you’re just browsing the schedule. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and management never returns messages or emails. I’ve left several voicemails for the manager, Lindsey, with no reply. After weeks of trying to resolve this, I’ve completely lost trust in this business. Be very careful before saving your credit card information or signing anything. The lack of transparency and customer support is extremely disappointing.

She explained every stretch clearly, made sure the pressure was just right, and worked with great attention to detail. My shoulder and neck felt completely better after the session. One of the best experiences I’ve had at StretchLab. Kayla is exceptional!
