For 3 days I’ve been getting the same automated message that my refill would be ready at “X:00” after CONFIRMING my meds were in stock before having my refill sent. Then, I call ahead to make sure it’s ready & fight with the automation for 10 mins to get through to the actual ppl & they tell me it can’t be refilled bc now it isn’t in stock. The pharmacy staff offers me ZERO help to find another location to refill a medicine that I NEED day to day. They even declined to help me when I asked & explained my urgency. These people shouldn’t be anywhere near a job role responsible for enabling healthcare.
