  I filled out a form on the website and had someone call me within the hour to schedule an at home consultation. They told me someone would be coming over our home the next day and they gave me a two hour window for the appointment. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. About two hours prior to the appointment, I called the Johns Creek number trying to find out if the home consultation was still happening and if I could get a more precise time for the appointment. I was told that a coordinator will be in touch with me shortly. Not only did the mystery coordinator not call me back, nobody showed up to the at home consult appointment. First impressions are important and this experience told me what I needed to know about the reliability of this agency.

  This message was received by a current clients's daughter. Good Morning! I want to give a shout out to Zaniya! She endured some significant challenges and has emerged strong and successful in caring for my mother. We never know what tomorrow brings, but TODAY I am very thankful for how well things are going with Zaniya and my mother. My mother is in a much more positive place this week. I believe that Zaniya's kind and professional care has made a difference! My second shout out is to Shema! A wise leader sets up and equips her employees for success. Shema has invested time and care in my mother, as well as giving wise counsel to Zaniya. Shema is key to lifting my mother and helping her to feel deeply cared for. So I am thankful to these ladies and the team. You ALL are providing an extremely valuable service to my mother and to all of us who love her. Cindy

  My family and I are very grateful for the caring and competent services of Comfort Keepers Home Care. They have provided excellent care for my mother (in her 80's) for over a year. When we began our partnership last year we could have never imagined how critical the caregiver support would be for my mother. Due to COVID19 we, the family, have not been able to visit my mother in her home since March, but the caregivers have been there several days per week to provide great service, but possibly more importantly, companionship. Another benefit we've valued is that when my mother became ill and needed to go the hospital, the caregiver was allowed to go with her to help her navigate getting treatment. Again, due to COVID19 constraints, we would not have been allowed to go in the hospital with my mother, so this was a great comfort. We continue to have a wonderful experience working with the entire team-- from management, to front office, to caregivers. We believe that as my mother needs more care, over time, Comfort Keepers Home Care will continue to be dependable partners to provide caring and competent care for our loved one.

  Greg; Comfort Keepers responded on very short notice for a 10 day Care need. As previously, Comfort Keepers sent professional Care Givers; they all knew exactly what to do and when to do. Each Care Giver helped my Mother thru all the essential needs; thus freeing me up to concentrate on my work and daily life during the Care Givers stay each day. Thank You Greg, Cheryl, Tina and all the Care Givers.
