I went in and met with Caroll Emerson, he did a great job of showing me my choices to fulfill my need. My Quality of life was greatly improved after that visit, never realized how much I was missing. I was treated as a valued customer. I also picked up the TV streamer and Caroll offered to come over to connect it to my TV if I had an issue. I want to say thank you Caroll and Miracle Ear for unlocking the joys of the sound of life....
