  I was blown away by “Amanda’s” behavior at the drive thru. She acted like I was a complete inconvenience to be there and threw a tantrum like a two year old when the chip in my card wouldn’t read. Amanda, you need to find a new job. Customer service is not your calling. Kroger, she was a hire fail.

  I needed a specific med ordered by a drug manufacturer not normally used by Kroger. After distressingly (I was in pain!) explaining to Michaela why I needed these specific pills (adverse reaction to an inactive ingredient used by other manufacturers of this pill), she worked her magic, put in a special order for me and by next morning I had the correct pills! I felt she projected genuine compassion and concern for my circumstance. Thank you Michaela for going above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate it!!!

  Customer service is way down from what it use to be prices are the same everywhere else. Go to bells, or aludi. Or Walmart would be better 90% of the time.
