I’ve been filling my prescriptions at this Kroger Pharmacy for several months without any issues. And have been filling with Kroger Pharmacy in general for the past three years. Never had any issues & and it’s always been a smooth, great experience. However, today on October 10, 2025. A pharmacist named Kia refused to fill my valid prescription and would not give me any explanation. When I offered to have my doctor’s clinic call to verify the prescription, she rudely refused, saying she did not want to speak to my doctor, and then told me to leave the pharmacy. Throughout the entire incident, she refused to speak to me directly and communicated only through a technician, which was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Her behavior made me feel disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. This kind of treatment not only impacts me but could seriously affect other patients who depend on their prescriptions and expect respectful service. She made me feel like a criminal for wanting to get a medication that I depend upon while I was trying to fill it, & that’s my issue here. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy, but I also want Kroger Corporate to be aware of how damaging this experience was. Because of this incident, I no longer feel comfortable using this Kroger Pharmacy and even just coming to this Kroger location again. I hope this matter is reviewed by the district pharmacy manager to ensure other customers are not treated the same way. Kia needs to be looked into and or some preliminary action needs to be taken place as this was by far the most rude and degrading experience I’ve ever had in my 10 years of being a customer to numerous businesses.

Kia needs to be fired asap. She was the most rude person i’ve ever met in my life and I’m currently in the process of filing an official complaint through corporate against her. This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy in the area. Do not go here.

We all know how frustrating it can be to run out of a prescription before your next scheduled doctors appointment. I spoke to Sharon this evening on the phone, and she was extremely helpful. She was more than happy to send a refill request to my doctor’s office. Thank you Sharon for giving great customer service. We need more folks like you in this world.

I would give 0 stars if it allowed. My medication was called in at 10 AM, I showed up at 3:30 PM to them telling me they were behind and didn't get it filled yet.
