  Came here because my tooth broke off and is jabbing into my tounge. My guns are also swollen or something idk but my whole mouth hurts terribly. The doctor seemed to care less about what was going on in my mouth and more about whether I was there or not to get pain medication. She told me she was going to give me antibiotics. I asked her about pain medicine and she said she was "not going to prescribe pain medication". No explanation. She exploded when I asked like she was just waiting to have to deal with it. I know they probably get tons of people coming up here trying to get opioids, but they have to tone down the paranoia. I can handle pain, but I'm sure some people come here and get treated like they are drug addicts.

  It's becoming quite obvious that maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician at the Piedmont Medical Center in Jasper isn't possible. I am leaving their office for a THIRD time without being seen by my doctor. Routine standards of professional practice management do not apply with this group. Find another physician and another medical group. Entirely Unacceptable

  My father was recently admitted following a stroke. He was later transferred to hospice care, where he passed away peacefully. I would like to sincerely thank all of the staff who cared for him during his stay, as well as those who assisted our family in finding a hospice facility. Their support and kindness during this difficult time meant a great deal to us. The staff were patient, compassionate, and understanding as we faced some very difficult decisions, and we are deeply grateful for their care.

  My mom had to go to the ER 12-4 and had to stay thru the 7th. She had very good care the whole time in ER and hospital. Dr Stein and her nurse Noah did an excellent job getting her on track and healing nicely. She is continuing to recover and wanted to put in some nice words for the people who took care of her.

  I just had a CT scan for my heart and I must say it was the best experience I have had!! My teck was so sweet and professional. She was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Piedmont for such great service
