This is my go to place for my family! The staff is always understanding and compassionate. I've never had to wait either. I am very happy and definitely recommend them.

I went in to MainSyreet Urgent care this evening instead of going to the local ER. I registered online. Check in was simple and easy which is a plus when you're feeling awful. The tech and the doctor were both so nice. Very easy to talk to. I have never been to an urgent care. But this was simple, straightforward and the doctor listened to me and didnt over talk me. Thanks to MainStreet Urgent Care I'll feel better by morning. 5 stars.

The service they provide was top notch. The doctor explained everything very well and was very detailed with my treatment.

Overall, this was not a great experience. I spent over an hour at the clinic with very little communication, and I was initially charged as a self-pay patient instead of having my insurance processed. I was told their system was down, but now I have to go back and deal with correcting the billing after already being charged. Between the lack of communication and the billing issues, this is not a place I would feel confident relying on in a time of need.
