  I went to main street urgent care on Friday March 13 2026 , The nurse practioner that saw me wasn't any help she was in such a hurry to get rid of me , I am pretty sure I have bronchitis i got a shot which did not help at all ,finally I got too talk too someone on the phone on Monday, A prescription for fever blisters was called in for me ,nothing more I just hate i wasted my time ,insurance And money trying to get medical help ,I won't bother these people any more ,I will do like i did this time get medication over the counter, Makes me realize people don't care

  Appointment time is just a suggestion, It doesn’t matter if there’s no one there or they’re busy you will not get seen at your appointment time. Very unprofessional place.

  Never answer the phone , online and phone system absolutely SUCKS!!! Especially when children are involved !! They should at least have an option to speak to someone , anyone!! Do NOT take your kids here! Follow up lab results etc they will not answer !?? Do not tell a patients mother to call when you don’t get results within 4 days if you can’t answer or even call patients back !! Also look at other reviews. They respond same way every time. I will NOT discuss how they were inappropriate dressed as medical staff but super disappointed

  It was very easy to schedule my appointment and there were plenty of options for appointment times. I was seen very quickly and I was diagnosed and treatment began immediately. The staff took good care of me. They were kind and courteous about my comfort. Most of all, the doctor saw me quickly and stayed with me for as long as I needed. It was a very positive visit.

  Our nurse (I unfortunately didn't get her name) and nurse practitioner, Ashley were amazing today. The care we received was phenomenal. They showed genuine concern for my daughter and was very kind and offered great options to choose from when it came to our care. Thank you so much!
