I know that the ones working in the pharmacy are busy and sometimes they don’t get the prescription filled because of lots of reasons. They are very busy and they get backed up. I’ve had them tell me the medication wasn't in the box it was supposed to be in. They looked for it and find it and log it in themselves. But sometimes it isn’t there. The doctor’s office could have gotten delayed and didn’t get it sent. The pharmacy can call the office to fine out. We all make mistakes.

Much like all the other reviews I’m here to say do not use this pharmacy if you can help it. I am in a wheelchair so I have to pay for my medicine on their app. After waiting days for them to fill my medication they only made available to pay some of the medications. After calling them their response in short was “oh well,” shrug of shoulders. They will not take payment over the phone and will not manually input a payment. If their online system doesn’t work they do not care.
