Most importantly, she has patience!

I wasn't really expecting to get hearing aids that quick (hearing test, fitting, set-up and financing, walked out hearing things I haven't heard in 20 years. I saw Sherry and she was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to make sure you feel comfortable. The front desk receptionist, Miranda, was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. Overall, such a positive experience. I definitely recommend coming here!
