First off I just wanna say I love this gym I’ve been coming here for 7 or 8 years at this point, I’ve seen this gym go through every single change since they’ve opened basically. Some good, some questionable depending on who you ask.
The front staff Karoline, Kaleb, Emma, and Gracie (the faces I see for the times I go in) some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve ever met.
I will say, I do wish they would invest into better barbells and bolt the squat racks down. Also the gym does get quite busy, but I’m still leaving a 5 star review because the gym is always clean, and they actively try to make the experience better for everyone who comes. Still haven’t found a better gym to go to either.
Also if yall could get a seal row machine please 😭🙏
Been going to onelife for almost two years now, and I love the gym and Onelife! The service is fantastic, especially Koraline. The equipment is solid and there’s a great selection to choose from.
However, the busyness is genuinely insane. I often have to go late at night just to not feel claustrophobic. 😬
That’s why I’d honestly love for Onelife to be a 24 hour gym, especially on weekends. Might smooth out the busyness. I’m also a night owl so I’m a bit biased there.
All in all a solid gymnasium, good staff, fantastic equipment, rough hours.
Generally speaking I enjoy this gym. However, they have had severely leaking showers for over six weeks straight and done nothing to fix them. I reported it the first day I saw it. Nothing was done. I have experience with plumbing and I'm estimating one of the showers is easily leaking at a rate of 1 gallon per minute, that is over 40,000 gallons per month. And that's just one of the showers. There are now three showers leaking, so we can all do the math! I reported it again today and they blew me off and said they were aware of it and the problem was in the wall. I informed them they're paying more money in water bills than they would to pay a plumber to fix it, not to mention the damage to the environment and the shear wastefulness of it. Sorry, saying you're aware of something but doing nothing about it is worse than just being unaware. In addition to that, there was a stationary bike with a broken pedal the day I signed up at the gym almost 6 months ago and it's still sitting there unusable because somebody apparently doesn't want to order a $50 pedal. The men's showers and spa area is often really dirty, band-Aids and hair and mold… and I've come back to the same area over a week later and seen the same Band-Aids, ear plugs and mold in the same place as the prior week. Sorry I had to do it this way, but if you can afford to renovate the entire weightlifting area with brand new machines and flooring you can afford $20 per hour to have an attendant walk through the men's bathroom every 30 minutes and clean up. If they fixed the leaking showers they would have more than enough money to hire an extra person to keep the place clean. Oh, and by the $50 pedal to fix the bike!
This gym is a joke. They want to up your memberships but not fix any equipment that needs fixing. There has been a hydro massage bed down for a month and now another one is broken all while they just went up 5 dollars a month on memberships. The kids club is ran by teenagers that have no idea what they are doing and send kids home half the time. I would highly recommend finding another gym for your money!

I come here mostly for the yoga and sauna (which if you do yoga you know $32 a month is a steal for yoga classes), and am completely obsessed. I recently started doing personal training session as well. The whole process was honestly a pain, due to sessions “expiring” if you don’t use them fast enough. Thankfully though my trainer has made up for any of the difficulties I had scheduling. Zack is awesome! He actually gives me workouts based on MY goals, is super knowledgeable, easy to schedule with/flexible, and is a cool guy with a great personality (so I’m not spending my time with someone I wouldn’t want to be around). If I do continue personal training once my sessions are up it would definitely because of him. The gym tends to be crowded at times but it’s a great gym so it makes sense.
