I made a switch to this gym because I heard it was good. It looks to me based on other reviews that they have some sanitary issues from equipments to staff not having proper hand hygiene after using the bathroom. If management doesn’t address this, especially staff not washing their hands with water AND SOAP, and the other issues I’ve seen, people will leave this gym and go somewhere else. I for one don’t mind paying higher to get better services, staff that are not rude, and ALL staff (especially CPTs - certified personal trainers) with proper had hygiene. Lifetime is sounding more and more enticing.

Ive been coming to this gym for so long and the " rules " are fading every day. I almost broke my neck on someone's bag they threw beside my elliptical machine in the cinema room (where its dark) Even though there are signs not to film in the bathroom, there are people constantly filming while elderly women are changing after their swim class. So disrespectful. No one wipes down their machines, so make sure to wipe them before you use them.

I love this gym. Yes it’s crowded but the staff is great, I never find myself waiting for a machine. I think people like to complain a lot. This gym has helped me so much post partum and I really like the daycare.

They have a great space and offer lots of equipment, and classes. The biggest problem I have here is with the clinliness. It's more so that the clients just don't care. They throw stuff wherever and there are so many people coming that the staff can't keep up with it. The limited hours on the weekends are a bit frustrating as well.

Update 2/10/26: After I worked out today, I went to the bathroom and a different personal trainer today, a younger man Brett, only used water after using the urinal. What is it with employees here not using soap? Without soap that is not washing, that’s called rinsing. And these people are going back to their clients, using the machines, or maybe they help fold laundry. That’s a pretty unhealthy practice especially in a health fitness club. ———————————— I came to this gym today 12/22/25. I’ve been in the bathroom two different times waiting for a toilet to be free and both times two different OneLife employees DO NOT wash their hands. The older gentleman who folds the towel only used water, returned to work, and then I guess he clocked out to workout. Another employee, a personal trainer, Medina, I think is his name and he walked out of the toilet stall and DID NOT even use water at all. That is disgusting. And personal trainers are suppose to promote health and wellness. Nothing healthy and well about not washing your hands after using the toilet. Then going out to use equipments, fold laundry, greet your clients by shaking hands, etc etc. People are watching. Do better!!!
