Doctors and staff are all kind and eager to help me with questions regarding the health of my eyes and the type of glasses that are best for me. With each visit, I have been extremely pleased with (1) the professional way my eyes have been examined with up to date equipment, (2) the willingness of doctors to answer questions I may have regarding the status of my eyes and vision and (3) the choice of glasses that improves my vision and meet my desires for current technology and up to date fashion. Target Optical meets all of my eye care expectations and treats me with kindness and respect .
- SSSashaDec 22, 20251.0I called to schedule an appt and use my insurance before the end of the year. Last tuesday, Megan that answered scheduled appt and I had several questions. I called back several time to ask questions. I was interested in the meta glasses. The lady told me they were on sale for $224 (gen1) $378(gen2). She also told me my exam would be $35 unless I got dilated. Which was new to me. I told her i would be interested in gen1 she guaranteed me they would be available. When i arrived for my appt that Thursday. The mgr checked me in and told me the same thing about the eye exam $35 or get dilated. When i got back there with dr to have exam. She told me my co-pay was $10. So both people lied to me. I dont know if they get kick back on sales or what. Once finished with my exam i was told by blk girl with dreads that I could not get meta gen1. I could get gen2 and they would be $409. When i told her i was told different thing when made appt she told me I could wait to speak to mgr who magically went to lunch. The blk guy made little comments under his breath. I walked out to speak to target mgr. Who also could not help me. She told me she would call me with the DM information and its been a week. I have not heard from no one.
