  Dr. Shipman was amazing as always & Megan was a delight. The lab actually completed my new glasses in 3 days! Phenomenal!!

  Dr Shipman is awesome and very informative. Megan was great helping me with frames and color options! Highly recommend this location for glasses

  Provider was fine, however, terrible experience with checkout and was overcharged by almost $100, even with insurance & when I brought it to their attention they refused to honor the benefit. I left my info requesting a manager to call and no one bothered to call me. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my new glasses either. Very disappointed because previous years we had no problems. They have completely ignored my concerns and after paying almost $300, on top of my EyeMed coverage, still no glasses. Definitely will not use again. Notable, this is the Hiram location. My husband used another location elsewhere and had a good experience.
