  This is my first time ordering from GNC and I don't think I will ever try it again. I wanted to try Ryse protein powder for the longest and because it was pretty cheap here I decided to give it a try. I got 2 flavors the skippy one and the Comsic brownie one. I loved the skippy one but hated the comic brownie flavor so I read on your website that I can return protein powder if I didn't like it in 30 days at the nearest store. I ended up having to got to the store not once but TWICE. The first time I talked to an Asian women at the desk she said she wasn't the main person of the store and did not know how to do returns. She prompted me to come back or just return it online. I didn't want to be rude so I just polity agreed to come back the next day. The next day I come back to a different Asian woman and asked the same thing. This time the lady said she can do a return but I need a barcode to do it. I showed her my email receipt and even gave her my order number. But she still claimed she needed a barcode. I spent about $80 on this protein as a whole so I decided not to give up. I literally had to call GNC customer service and have them all the phone to walking the lady through the steps because apparently she did not know how to give a refund. When I did this however with the online associate on the phone the lady a the store ALL OF A SUDDEN KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! Mind you I felt embarrassed and I COMPLETLY wasted time! As a young black female who is currently serving in this Country I felt extremely discriminated against! If they almost fooled me how many countless women like me have they fooled?
