  I made an online appointment, arrived early and got right in. The staff was professional, efficient and had me on my way with the right treatment plan. I would use Main Street Urgent Care again.

  I brought my granddaughter in for a cough and everything was taken care of, the young woman also helped me at the kiosk which was very nice. Thank you and if I need them again I will definitely come here . The physician is very nice and they know what they are doing.

  had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming professional and efficient. I was seen quickly and the entire process from check in to discharge was smooth and stress free. The medical team took the time to listen carefully to my concerns explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. It is clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide high quality care. The facility was clean well organized and maintained a calm atmosphere which made a big difference during a stressful situation. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism I received here. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention.

  Natasha Was Outstanding.... Down to earth... And trustworthy. She took my vitals and explained to me my blood pressure readings helping me to understand them. KEEP IT UP GIRL.... CONTINUE YOUR CERTS AND GOD BE WITH YOU..... Sadly, it ends there. I am retired military. I though that by coming here I would receive the proper care from an urgent care. You literally have to fill out all information at a Kiosk in the waiting room. Then when they don't have your information, you have to set an appointment for a representative to call you and verify your information. All the while others are coming in and are getting ahead of you .. They charged my a Co pay and didn't put my insurance in the system resulting in me paying for my medicine at the pharmacy at Walmart heading out of Hinesville. I just bought over the counter. From a patient standpoint. I didn't feel as if I was really cared about. Other than Ms. Natasha , I felt like a number. I pray that Natasha does not receive backlash from this review. She was the Best.... Everyone else... Not so great.
