She left me hanging Monday morning with no provider/aide. Deonna didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know that no one would be coming on Monday. I finally called her and she said that I'm not the type of client that they provide care to, just mostly elderly. So, after the interview, going over what type of things I'd be needing in the way of assistance, the cost, aides set up for me for the week, & having an aide refuse to come into my house because of my dogs. What I realized was she's a hippocrite because at first all was good and a week later she made up an excuse to terminate me. Didn't even put anything in writing formally informing of the termination of services.
