  They could not get my insurance card verified, but they continued to let me know they were working on the status of my insurance. The nurse was very professional and considered. We were very pleased with our visit.

  This was the worst experience of my life I went in with a arm injury I checked in then I paid the $149 I believe was the last patient of the day ( but I need to be seen and the website stated sports injuries I said great I can be seen by someone to help me) when I got in the room they asked the necessary questions and we told the there X-ray machine was the greatest at taking X-rays so they couldn’t do it. I was pissed I have an arm injury and u tell u that u can’t do it I felt like because it was closing time they didn’t want to. The dr came I. And didn’t even touch my arm but gave me a prescription. So I paid 149 for a conversation. Not even concerned about me the patient I felt rushed as well. Thankfully I went to another urgent care the same day and got the attention I needed. I had a serious injury that needed attention asap. I will not recommend this place to anyone. What happened to the patient care from the first person to the last

  Love that I can set my appointments online !! Super easy! No phone calls or on hold !! I’m usually in an out usually within 45 mins tops!! Employees are great and good with my kids!

  I was coming back through on vacation and was still a little way from home. My oldest daughter become very ill. I stopped here to get her seen and it took no time to get her seen. They were fast and very friendly. I will definitely come back and I recommend coming here for all your visits!!

  The staff of Main Street UC was so very helpful to me today. Very pleasant and efficient. They were so helpful to me navigating the check in system. Thank you ladies you were awesome and I appreciate your help.
