  Was quickly seen, the doctor was to-the-point but still kind and understanding, it was affordable (I'm uninsured), and the facility was nice! Currently in recovery and thankful!

  I wish I could give 10 stars. Clean to the max. Front desk was delightful & happy to be at work. NP, Erin, was thorough and answered all questions. I waited 5 minutes to be taken back. Clean & sanitized waiting area and restrooms. Professional & friendly.

  My boyfriend and I went in this morning at 8:30 to be tested for the flu, covid, and strep. The medical assistant who pulled us back to take our vitals and put us in our room was extremely rude. She asked our symptoms and my boyfriend began to explain his and she cut him off very quickly and very rudely said “um, no one at a time”, and just seemed so miserable to be there. After we were tested, we were told it would be 15 minutes, but we waited 45 before they came in to tell us the results that we had already seen on our MyChart accounts. The physician discussed our results with us and told us they would be right back in with our work excuses. We waited for over 20 minutes and finally went out and asked someone for them. They had printed them and forgotten to bring them to us. We spent two hours there this morning, and there were only two cars in the parking lot when we showed up.
