  Made an appointment online, received a text telling me to check in online.....went in and sat for less than 2 minutes an she called me back...in and out in 20 minutes. Sharima was friendly and professional....usually a hard draw but she did great.....no problems....quick and painless...

  I am so glad quest denied drawing blood for a 75 year old kidney transplant patient today. I hope you are proud and her health is less important than your profit margin. Emory provided a kit to draw along with her other labs and they refused to help 2 weeks in a row. The needle was already in her arm and they just needed to fill a couple extra tubes Emory provided. We would have even taken it to fedex. Last week they would not even draw the labs ordered because they all had attitude.

  The quest diagnostic in Griffin, ga is always wonderful! The employees are always willing to help folks get checked in when they don’t know exactly how to use the kiosk or if there is an issue with it functioning. I am a hard stick for bloodwork and/or IV’s Sharima is typically who draws my blood she gets me on the first poke no bruising this is awesome! She very gentle, compassionate, kind, talks to the patients like they are someone not just a number like some labs do. 10/10 recommend Quest in Griffin, ga
